After working for a few months with nation-wide bridal and bridesmaid companies, we started conversations about how to grow the brand in a new way. One thing we found most brides aren’t equipped with is a skincare line that helps them prepare for their big day. Soon after, Penny & Pine was born. A skincare line for not just brides, but women everywhere, that has values we can all rely on. No testing on animals, vegan and gluten free ingredients wherever possible, always paraben free, and of course - every bottle recyclable.
I decided the best way to bring the brand to life was through incorporating plant based values into the logo, much like the company had already done in their product. An ampersand intertwined with vines was the perfect way to resemble a brand that held these values at its core.
